STANDARD DELIVERY


STANDARD DELIVERY

Items not shipping via Oversized/Fragile or White Glove Delivery, including certain smaller furniture items, will generally be shipped via UPS and charged a standard shipping rate based on the total merchandise value (see table below). Items that ship Standard Delivery arrive in 3-8 business days.

RUSH DELIVERY

For an additional fee, we can ship orders received by noon CT (Mon-Fri) to arrive in 3-4 business days (3-Day Rush). For an additional fee, we can ship orders received by noon CT (Mon-Fri) to arrive in 2-3 business days (2-Day Rush). Rush delivery is not available to APO/FPO/DPO addresses, PO boxes, or for items that ship via Oversized/Fragile or White Glove Delivery. Select furniture items delivering via UPS are also ineligible for rush delivery.
